Therapy should feel like a real conversation with room for your full experience.
About

My approach
I believe people deserve a therapist who listens carefully, helps make sense of what is happening, and creates a space where they can feel seen, supported, and ready to move forward.
My work with individuals and couples is grounded in evidence-based care, honest conversations, and practical tools that can be used outside of the therapy room. I want you to understand not only what you are feeling, but also the patterns beneath it and the choices available to you.
You do not have to arrive with perfect words or a complete explanation. We can begin with what you know, what you feel, and what you want to be different. My role is to help make the next step clearer and keep the work connected to what matters in your real life.
